Description
Finished version of my minesweeper render. Think I'm done but feedback/suggestions are always welcome. Not sure about the dust cloud over the crater but I felt it needed something there so it'll be there till someone suggests something better.
Rendered in POV-Ray as always in ~6hrs. All shapes are basic CSG except the crater which is a height field I made in photoshop.

So I entered this as is in the IRTC (Internet Ray-Trace Competition) under the subect Catastrophy and came in 6th of 70 entries. I was also awarded the 'Honorable Mention: Concept, Originality, Interpretation of Theme' award, so yay for me

i also don't know about that dust cloud, but that is amazing! great way to capture the game!
